売上が下がった事業者にとってはありがたい

「事業者免税点制度 ＝ Tax exemption point system for business owners」

ただし、注意すべき点があるようです。

基準期間の課税売上高が1,000万円以下であっても、特定期間の課税売上高が1,000万円を超える場合は、事業者免税点制度が適用されず、課税事業者となります。

Even if the taxable sales revenue is below ¥10,000,000 during the standard period, if the taxable sales revenue for the specific period exceeds ¥10,000,000, the tax exemption point system for business owners is not applied and the business owner will impose taxation.

ということなので、

基準期間 ＝ the standard period

や

特定期間 ＝ the specific period

を正しく把握しておく必要がありそうです。
